The awarded bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to perform the upfit. All shipping, transportation, material, labor, and applicable costs shall be included in the bid price. The bid price shall be all-inclusive. The scope includes: (1) Emergency lighting and siren combo (54” Legacy Lightbar, 21-button control, 100W siren); (2) External siren amplifier; (3) 100W siren speaker and mounting kit; (4) roof-mounted spot light kit with mounting hardware and control head; (5) emergency lighting Mega T Trio R/B/W (upper rear); (6) T Ion Trio R/B/W (grill, running boards, camper side, front and rear bumper); (7) T Ion Duo R/B (rear lower); (8) wedge mounts for surface T Ions; (9) 3” round dome compartment lighting; (10) magnetic mic mount (2); (11) brush guard replacement; (12) rear bumper replacement; (13) Plastix Plus center console with cup holders, radio brackets, control head, and spot light control; (14) Lind DC Dell computer charger (specified brand); (15) console side height-adjusting mount with slide arm for docking station; (16) 20AMP battery charger with 20AMP super auto eject; (17) 30” grill-mounted light bar; (18) 2200LB bed slide for 8-foot bed; (19) bed storage system mounted on bed slide and built out; (20) rear seat poly storage and build out; (21) 120V and 12V electrical termination in bed; (22) 21QT 12V dual-zone refrigerator mounted in cab; (23) mounting hardware for refrigerator base; (24) dual phone holders; (25) front and rear weatherproof floor mats; (26) aluminum camper in Race Red with wing doors, rear hatchback, LED lights on all doors, door prop switches, and rear camera installation; (27) custom graphics as specified in Section IV. The bidder must submit a proposed graphics layout for written approval before installation. All graphics, striping, and reflective markings must be professionally installed and free of defects. The scope includes side hockey-stick striping (2 sets), scrambler graphics (1 on each side door, 1 on rear), and a rear chevron marking assembly. The bidder must include a workmanship warranty of at least three (3) years, with terms covering coverage, exclusions, travel and shipping charges, claim process, and service instructions. The bidder shall coordinate vehicle drop-off and pickup, perform an intake inspection with photographs, confirm compatibility, obtain written approval of equipment layout, notify of delays, and return the vehicle clean with all parts accounted for.
