Type: Award Method: M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Category: Services (other than human services) The Agency is in urgent need for NG911 Call Handling Project Manager to perform the following services: Provide Project Management expertise in conjunction with technical SMEs to the execution of technical specifications with custom configuration to meet the project needs in the deployment of the NG 9-1-1 Call Handling System. Work with scheduling team to develop and provide updates to the project schedule, as well as review impacts, risks and provide mitigation solutions. Maintain risk and issues logging, management requests for technical or schedule impacts to baseline. Manage project throughout the entire development lifecycle, providing direction for project teams and monitoring the progress of deliverables and tasks for hardware implementation, interface development, user interfaces, user integration and acceptance testing. Provide oversight and management of blended teams of independent IT consultants and staff, ensuring successful implementation with NG Class 1, 2, 3 and Call Handling.
