ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Notice is hereby given that: CENTRAL OFFICE OF THE AUTHORITY Tioga COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY 112 DORSETT HEIGHTS MANSFIELD, PA 16933 will accept Bids for the roof replacement Solicitation # FellowstownWA0012026 at Fellowstown Apartments located at 22 Charleston St. Wellsboro, PA 16901. in strict accordance with the Specifications as prepared by the Tioga County Housing Authority. This project is a Prevailing Wage project under Davis-Bacon Wage Rates and The Federal Labor Standards Provisions applicable to contracts covering federally financed and assisted construction shall apply. The Tioga County Housing Authority is utilizing federal funds for this project and has adopted a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) in accordance with executive Orders 11625, 12138 and 12432 and a Section 3 Action Plan in accordance with Title 24 Part 135 Code of Federal Regulations. As such, the Bidders must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises and Section 3 business concerns who have been contacted and to whom commitments have been made.
