ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS with Hatfield Township will receive sealed bids for its Hatfield Township Basin Modifications: Sterling Drive project. The project includes naturalization of a basin including, but not limited to the following: regrading an approximate 0.9-acre bottom of basin, restoration of existing rip-rap aprons, retrofit of existing basin outlet structures, regrading swale approximately 100 LF, restoring approximately 0.4 acres of mowed lawn to naturalized groundcover seed, restoring approximately 0.6 acres of mowed basin bottom area to naturalized groundcover with seed, and 1,600 square feet (700 plugs) of herbaceous plantings installed within the seeded area. Copies of the Specifications and Bid Forms will be available at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid. bonfirehub.com. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM (prevailing time) on June 16, 2026. Bids results will be made available on PennBid after bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Hatfield Township, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price in the form of a certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements stated in the bid documents. Performance Bonds will be required from the successful bidder in the full amount of the annual contract price as started in the bid documents.
