ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS MADISON METROPOLITAN SEWERAGE DISTRICT MANHOLE REHABILITATION, PHASE 1 The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD or the District) will receive sealed bids for Manhole Rehabilitation, Phase 1. Bids will be received at the office of the District, 1610 Moorland Road, Madison, Wisconsin 53713 until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bid responses will be public records. All work is located in the City of Madison and City of Middleton. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to complete Manhole Rehabilitation, Phase 1, for the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (OWNER). The Work includes, but is not limited to, rehabilitation of 10 sanitary manholes, including, but not limited to, manhole adjustment, replacement of internal drops, flowline and bench rehabilitation, manhole coating and grout sealing, base course, asphalt milling and paving, and concrete and turf restoration. A mandatory pre‐bid meeting will be held virtually at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2026. Pre-bid meeting invitations will be provided to all Plan holders.
