ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Malvern Borough will receive bids online for the 2026 Mal- vern Borough Paving Program for Pennsylvania Avenue. Sealed bids shall be submit- ted and updated online via the PennBid™M Program until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time, Thurs- day, July 2, 2026 at which time they will be opened and post- ed on PennBid™M. Contract documents and so- licitation details are avail- able at no cost at PennBid™M www.PennBid.net. Pen- nBid™ assesses a fee of 1/3 of 1% of the contract value to the awarded bidder with a minimum award fee of $150 and a maximum capped fee of $6,000. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Mal- vern Borough in the amount equal to Ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid must be submitted with the proposal as Bid security. The project involves, but is not limited to: road milling and delivery / placement of Superpave Warm Mix Asphalt Wearing Course, 9.5 mm mix, 2-inch compacted depth (full width estimated at 3,626 square yards), including 4" depth base repair, leveling course, and traffic control. - Malvern Borough will pay for the asphalt materials directly from the asphalt plant of the Borough's choosing through Pennsylvania's COSTARS pro- gram.
