ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF JOHNSBURG NORTH CREEK SEWER LATERAL PROJECT The Town of Johnsburg (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the North Creek Sewer Lateral Project under General Construction Contract #TJ-SL-2026-G. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Johnsburg Town Hall located at 219 Main Street, North Creek, NY 12853, until Friday, June 19 at 12:00 pm local time, after which they will be publicly opened and read. The project scope is to install sewer lateral piping on approximately 42 non-municipal properties in order to connect them to the North Creek sewer system. Work will also include the installation of approximately 14 E-One residential pump stations and associated electrical work. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Cedarwood Engineering Services PLLC, 625 Maple Avenue, Unit 2, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine printed Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
