The contractor must complete and turn over all three apartments to NBHA within ten (10) working days after notice of award. Work under this contract requires a contractor to furnish all labor and pay the correct wage rate(s), tools, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work described herein, in accordance with all specifications and requirements.Quotes will be accepted at the New Bedford Housing Authority (NBHA), Procurement Office, until the date and time noted below.
