MedSelect Automated Dispensing Cabinet Solution (ADC). This solution provides real-time inventory, locking medication storage, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) interfacing to reduce medication errors. The MedSelect automated dispensing cabinet technology solution comprises the cabinet hardware and software that drive accurate dispensing and inventory management. MedSelect communicates with a healthcare organization’s supply chain to manage, track, and store medication and patient medication information. MedSelect Solution provides: • Real-time inventory management of controlled substances and non-controlled substances in the cabinets and narcotics vault • Single-Item Access (SIA) Drawers Barcode Scanning and Verification • Modular, Space-Saving Design and Durability Customizable Software Interface • True Unit Dose Module (UDM) Dispensing • The system is scalable with modular components. See Attachments for pricing and more information Acceptance criteria are being communicated via 2 forms: (1) the Deliverables Expectation Document, which indicates the criteria that must be met for acceptance, and (2) the Deliverables Acceptance Document, which indicates if the deliverables are accepted and, if not, in what way. Both documents require sign-off from the vendor and purchasing entity. All purchase orders or delivery orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Agreement must include State of Iowa Contract Number 2025-BUS-7257. State of Iowa Executive Branch Agencies: State agencies must use a Delivery Order (DO) in Iowa Advantage to pay vendor invoices.
