Bids shall be opened shortly thereafter with the results made available via PennBid. A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM on site at the intersection of Crossover Road, Maple Grove Road, and Station Street in Bulger, Smith Township, PA 15019. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Smith Township, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, speciflcations, or any applicable statues of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinance.
