RFP #2026-01 BIG SPRING COVER REPLACEMENT The Bellefonte Borough Authority (BBA) seeks proposals for providing and installing a new geosynthetic floating cover system for its Big Spring drinking water source. This information will be used as a guide in the preparation of any subsequent contract that may be executed to furnish and install a geosynthetic floating cover for the BBA’s Big Spring. Proposals must be received by the Bellefonte Borough Authority be 11 AM on June 24, 2026.
