The City of Burlington is looking to establish an agreement between the awarded vendor and the City, acting by and through the Department of Parks, Recreation and Waterfront for Soda Vending. The City is accepting proposals from qualified professional individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations having specific experience as identified in this RFP. The City is interested in proposals that provide a variety of menu options, generate revenue and complete work in a consistent and professional manner. The Department of Parks, Recreation & Waterfront requests proposals from interested parties for a 3-year agreement. BPRW is looking to place machines at Gordon Paquette Arena 216 Leddy Park Rd, Burlington, VT 05408 , North Beach Campground 60 Institute rd Burlington VT 05408, The Robert Miller Community Center 130 Gosse Ct, Burlington, VT 05408, and possibly some outdoor spaces during the summer and early fall. Please read all scope of work details in the attached RFP docuement. Submit an electronic copy in PDF format of the proposal via email to Burlington Parks, Recreation & Waterfront Department no later than 4 PM April 28, 2026. Proposals are to be marked “City of Burlington Parks Recreation & Waterfront Soda Vending”. Proposals submitted after the deadline date and time may not be accepted. Questions concerning this RFP should be directed to Alec Kaeding and received by 4 PM April 16, 2026. All answers to questions (all names withheld) will be publicly posted on our website by 4 PM April 21, 2026, https://www.burlingtonvt.gov/Bids.aspx for all interested parties to see. A site visit will be conducted if requested at either or both sites.
