REQUEST A BID PACKAGE: INVITATION FOR BID Date Issued: May 13, 2019 IFB #004-40 Sealed submittals from firms will be received by the Purchasing Division of the Hall County Board of Commissioners at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, 4th Floor, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 3:00 pm, legally prevailing time, on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 for: Concrete Redi-Mix, Sand and Mortar Annual Contract After the time and in a room at the place noted above, the proposals for each commodity will be publicly opened and read. No extension of the bidding period will be made unless officially announced via an addendum to this IFB. Bid Documents may be obtained by going to our website at www.hallcounty.org, then clicking on Bids & Proposals in the left hand column. Click on the IFB #004-40 “Concrete Redi-Mix, Sand and Mortar Annual Contract” and fill out the requested information then click submit which will send an automatic request to our office.
