The project includes water and sewer infrastructure upgrades along Krome Avenue and Flagler Avenue, in addition to transit accessibility improvements along Krome Avenue. Construction for this project will be funded through multiple sources, including federal funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant, state funding through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Grant L0219 and the FDEP Biscayne Bay Water Quality Improvement Grant C2502, as well as various City-funded sources.
