Request a Bid Packet Request for Qualifications with Cost Proposals RFQ/P #43-021 For the provision of: Construction Manager at Risk Hall County, Georgia is seeking Statements of Qualifications with a Proposal of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) from Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) (herein “Contractor”) by Thursday, April 06, 2023, no later than 2:00pm EST. The Contractor will work with the County in the management of pre-construction and construction services for a new Medical Office Building (MOB) for use by the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group, located at the Butler Community Center, and renovations of the adjacent, existing Hall County Health Department building, located at 1290 Athens Street, Gainesville, GA 30507. The County will hold the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site-Visit starting promptly at 10:00am, in the cafeteria located within the Hall County Health Department at the address above. Only those contractors attending the Pre-Bid meeting may proceed to submit a bid proposal. Hall County (herein “County”) intends to award one (1) contractor a multi-year contract.
