Anticipated Construction Start Date The Northshore Utility District (NUD) is committed to provide safe and reliable water & sewer services to its customers. NUD actively partners with other agencies to achieve this goal and views the customer as a partner as well. We know that construction can be very disruptive and noisy; however, this is a necessary to provide the best service possible for now and into the future. NUD staff appreciate your patience as we work in your area. Project Description & Update As Of OCTOBER 28, 2025 Schedule A consists of the following work: Replacement of 1967 cast iron water main, water meter, and update the fire hydrant. Access is maintained to residents’ traffic, mail service, garbage, and emergency vehicles when necessary. The work is ongoing. The contractor has installed the new water main into the neighborhood and will be setting a vault and meter soon. Schedule B consists of the following work: The new manhole 6-inch PVC sewer pipe has been installed and the area has received asphalt patch restoration. Schedule C consists of the following work: Asphalt grind and overlay of the areas disturbed is planned directly after completion of all the installations and connections, if weather allows. Wet or cold weather could postpone the final asphalt overlay until Spring of 2026; however all trenches will be hot patched before the contractor moves off the site.
