The selected consultant shall maintain a close collaboration with the City to ensure the recommended guidelines of the project document align effectivity with existing City requirements and/or provide suggestions for updates to streamline existing processes. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am EST on June 25, 2026 at the Cochran Road Treatment Plant, located at 300 Cochran Road, Clemson, SC 29631. Qualifications will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, July 14, 2026. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., July 7, 2026.
