Project details

The work generally includes establishing a continuous, approximately 30-foot-wide firebreak buffer along designated perimeter areas at both GCCCD college campuses to reduce wildfire risk associated with vegetation overgrowth. The work is intended to establish baseline firebreak conditions, improve campus safety, and support the District’s ongoing vegetation management and maintenance objectives. There are additive alternates included for, for which contractors shall provide separate bid values in accordance with the Bid Documents.
