INVITATION FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Park Forest, Cook and Will Counties, Illinois that sealed bids will be received for the following contract: DOWNTOWN NORTH PARKING LOT RESURFACING Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the office of the Director of Public Works, Village of Park Forest, 350 Victory Drive, Park Forest, Illinois, and will be publicly opened and read at that time. Bid forms, plans, and specifications are available at the office of the Director of Public Works, Village of Park Forest, 350 Victory Drive, Park Forest, Illinois. This work consists of: All mobilization, excavation, material, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for the resurfacing of the north parking lot in the Park Forest Downtown area. The project consists of approximately 12,850 S.Y of HMA milling and resurfacing and 10,000 feet of parking lot striping. This work shall not begin prior to September 21st, 2026. Work Shall be completed by November 20, 2026 The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue plans, bid forms, and specifications to any person, firm, or corporation that it considers to be unqualified. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Park Forest.
