Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Human Services, Department of Vermont Health Access is seeking to a contractor, or contractors, to provide Clinical Knowledge Translation to accomplish the Blueprint for Health’s workforce support and development goals. This RFP details the proposal submission and evaluation processes, the required experience of the bidder, the scope of work to be performed, and the resulting contract deliverables. The State may enter into a contract to have the selected vendor(s) perform all or part of the tasks identified in the Desired Services described in Section 2 of this RFP.
