REQUEST A BID PACKAGE: INVITATION FOR BID Date Issued: May 15, 2019 IFB #009-40 Sealed submittals from firms will be received by the Purchasing Division of the Hall County Board of Commissioners at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, 4th Floor, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 3:00 pm, legally prevailing time, on Friday, May 31, 2019 for: Fire & EMS Uniform Supply Annual Contract After the time and in a room at the place noted above, the proposals for each commodity will be publicly opened and read. No extension of the bidding period will be made unless officially announced via an addendum to this IFB. Bid Documents may be obtained by going to our website at www.hallcounty.org, then clicking on Bids & Proposals in the left hand column. Click on the IFB #009-40 “Fire & EMS Uniform Supply Annual Contract” and fill out the requested information then click submit which will send an automatic request to our office. You can also contact us in the Purchasing Office at 2875 Browns Bridge Rd, 4th Floor, Gainesville, GA 30501 or Phone (770) 535.8270 or Fax (770) 531.7112 to obtain the information at no charge. This is the only official release site for this IFB or any addenda that may be issued for same. There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Thursday, May 23rd. at 1 pm on the 4th. floor at the Hall County Government Center. It is encouraged that you attend; but, it is not mandatory. If you are considering offering an alternative on anything within the bid package, you must bring this item to the pre-bid for consideration. The County shall reserve the option to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or to select any bidder to complete the described work. Award of Contract will not be solely based on low bid, but also on quality, references and other criteria as the County may deem necessary and as the County may determine at its sole discretion.
