The selected vendor will supply and manage the production of diploma covers (padded, gold embossed, 9×7 inches, smooth finish leathered, royal blue, 3,500 annually), ceremony certificate covers (linen, gold embossed, 11×8.5 inches, royal blue, 1,600 annually), diplomas (9×7 inches, American parchment, cream, gold engraved seal, 3,500 annually), ceremony certificates (11×8.5 inches, American parchment, cream, blue engraved seal, 1,600 annually), and honor stickers (Cum Laude: 1.125×0.25 inches, gold; Magna Cum Laude: 1.75×0.25 inches, gold; Summa Cum Laude: 1.75×0.25 inches, gold, 600, 200, and 200 annually). The vendor must provide a 3-year contract from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, with pricing for each item per year and for the full three-year quantity. Additional services include email order confirmation, student shipping confirmation, and a 10-business-day turnaround after initial printing.
