REQUEST A BID PACKAGE Date Issued: February 9, 2022 Bid No: 42-020 Sealed proposals from Contractors will be received by the Purchasing Division of the Hall County Board of Commissioners, at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 3:00 P.M. legally prevailing time on Thursday, February 24, 2022, for: Hall County Public Works & Utilities Program Management Hall County Board Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide technical and professional personnel to assist in implementing the County’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), including various Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) funded projects. The selected firm must have a demonstrated history of effective collaboration with Hall County staff, residential and commercial developers, and the greater Hall County community to achieve desired programmatic outcomes. After the time and in a designated room and place, the names of the Companies submitting proposals will be publicly read. No further information will be read, discussed, or provided until the evaluation of all submittals is completed. No extension of the bidding period will be made other than by a formal written addendum to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Any proposals received after the date and time listed above will not be accepted.
