Bids shall be sub- mitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to Max Garfinkle, and shall bear on the face thereof, the name and address of the bidder and the appro- priate contract title: "Broadstreet Hollow Stream Restoration" The Ulster County Soil and Water Conservation District UCSWCD will conduct a MANDATORY Pre- Bid Conference and site showing on 6/9/2026 at 1:00 P.M. Attendance at the site showing is man- datory, and any bids received from contractors that did not attend the entire site showing will not be accepted.
