A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, in a form compliant with MCA § 18-1-203 (such as a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier’s check), must accom- pany each bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, will be required from the successful bidder per MCA § 18-2-201. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders.
