Bids received after this time will not be accepted. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately after the specified closing time for: Highland Park Playground Remodel All Bids must be submitted on a lump-sum basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted. Drawings may be obtained at the Lincoln Building by contacting Superintendent Brad Moore at 406-535-8777. Project construction may begin upon contract execution (coordinated strictly with the District if school is op- erational) and must be fully completed prior to December 1, 2026 The successful Contractor shall comply with all fair labor prac- tices and meet all statutory requirements for the Montana Pre- vailing Wage rates and the Montana Gross Receipts Tax. A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, in a form compliant with MCA § 18-1-203 (such as a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier’s check), must accom- pany each bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, will be required from the successful bidder per MCA § 18-2-201. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The District reserves the right to reject any Published in Lewistown News-Argus on 06/13/2026.
