Deliveries shall be scheduled on a pre-arranged weekday, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Fuel deliveries will be invoiced based on net gallons delivered and supported by a metered delivery ticket provided to the County at the time of delivery. The County reserves the right to verify tank levels accordingly. The successful bidder must provide proof of terminal bill of lading net pricing on initial deliveries and whenever pricing changes occur during the contract term. The County intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to ensure a safe, consistent, and reliable fuel supply in support of ongoing landfill operations.
