The successful bidder must provide proof of terminal bill of lading net pricing on initial deliveries and whenever pricing changes occur during the contract term. The County intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to ensure a safe, consistent, and reliable fuel supply in support of ongoing landfill operations.
