Kenmore 2026 Accessibility Improvement Project - A CDBG Project LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS Kenmore 2026 Accessibility Improvement Project - A CDBG Project for the Village of Kenmore, NY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees for the Village of Kenmore will accept sealed tenders at the Office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer, Room 17, Municipal Building, 2919 Delaware Avenue, Kenmore, New York 14217 until 11:00 a.m . on June 15th for CDBG ADA Ramp Improvement Project, Kenmore New York in accordance with specifications therefore approved by the Board of Trustees. Project activities are Federally financed under Title I Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. The minimum wage rates to be paid to laborers, mechanics and subcontractors engaged in the construction of this project shall be the latest wage rates established by the Secretary of Labor and State Industrial Commissioner, whichever is greater. All bidders must comply with the President’s Executive Order 11246, as amended, and Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements as set forth in the contract documents. There will be contracting priorities for businesses that hire or are owned by low-income persons if total project costs exceed $200,000. The Section 3 Compliance Goals are: · 25% or more of the total number of labor hours worked on the project are performed by Section 3 Workers. · 5% or more of the total number of labor hours worked on the project are performed by Targeted Section 3 Published in Buffalo News (Erie County) on 2026-06-12.
