Sealed Bids will be received at the Main Firehouse, 929 Johnson Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 until 7:00 P.M. (prevailing time) on the 23rd day of June 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be submitted in sealed envelopes to 929 Johnson Avenue, Ronkokoma, NY 11779 and shall bear on the face thereof the words "BID - APPARATUS BAY EPOXY FLOORING". Detailed specifications and instructions regarding bidding will be available at the Fire District Office located at 929 Johnson Avenue, Ronkokoma, NY 11779 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on regular business days commencing Thursday June 4, 2026. The contract for the above items will be awarded by the Board of Fire Commissioners to the lowest responsible bidder. Bidding shall be in accordance with the instructions to bidders. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the board of Fire Commissioners may award the contract to either of such bidders.
