The project consists of the installation of a new pervious pavement parking lot adjacent to an existing parking lot at Mirror Lake in Devens, MA. Work includes clearing & grubbing, installation of pervious parking lot system, paving, striping and associated grading and landscaping as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Bidders must be pre-qualified in MA DOT Highway Construction. IFB package will be available beginning Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 12 p.m. by contacting Christine Brown (cbrown@massdevelopment.com) or Onix Castro (ocastro@massdevelopment.com). A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the MassDevelopment offices, located at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens MA 01434.
