MHS Bid Announcement-East Pine Street Paving ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS MOUNT HOLLY SPRINGS BOROUGH CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA EAST PINE STREET PAVING Online sealed bids for the East Pine Street Paving Project, will be received by Mount Holly Springs Borough via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 1:00 PM local time on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened electronically. The Project generally includes, but is not limited to the following work: The project consists of roadway milling, bituminous leveling (as needed), and bituminous overlay along approximately 1,100 LF of East Pine Street from the Mountain Creek bridge east to the railroad tracks in Mount Holly Springs. The total paving area is approximately 4,540 SY. The project is being completed in conjunction with a Borough project to replace the existing bridge on East Pine Street between Green House Alley and Tail Race Drive with a pipe culvert. The Borough will complete removal of the existing structure, installation of the pipe culvert, backfilling, and placement of temporary subbase material to final grade prior to paving operations. The paving contract includes excavation and preparation of the temporary subbase within the culvert replacement area, placement of bituminous base and wearing courses, traffic control, and all associated work.
