Any proposal received after the announced closing time will be returned unopened. All bid information and specifications can be accessed by registering at https://lamats.easibuy.com only. The town will not send emails or hand out bid packets from city hall. All notifications related to the bid will be sent by email to registered bidders only. All mailed or hand delivered bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the Bidder's name, address and State Contractors license number and must be addressed as follows: BID: 2026 Street Improvements Town of Clinton, Town of Clinton P.O.
