Invocation - Mr. Don Thanars led the prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance. Ms. Victoria Paz performed roll call. Present- Don Thanars, Glen Boyer, Jonna Turner, Kathleen Wilkin, Katie Domingue, Kevin Davis, Miranda Lindsay, Troy Brackett. Absent- Jennifer Dier, Donna ODaniels, Eric Calvin, Greg Ireton, Jessica Pigott, Linda Larkin. Staff present- Victoria Paz, Judi Chase. Guests: None. Mr. Davis declared a quorum. There were no guests or public comments. Approval of Agenda - Mr. Brackett motioned to approve the agenda and Mr. Thanars seconded the motion with all in favor. New Business RFQ Discussion, Review, and Approval: General Manager Ms. Victoria Paz provided the Request for Qualifications & Proposals - Harbor Center Solar Energy and Battery Storage Lease Opportunity document to Board members. Ms. Paz reported that everything the Board had previously discussed about this potential project is in the proposal. Ms. Paz stated that a final contract form will also need to be reviewed and approved at the next Board meeting. Mr. Thanars motioned to approve releasing the RFQ and Mr. Brackett seconded the motion with all in favor. Mr. Davis stated the next meeting is June 4, 2026.
