PUBLIC NOTICE - - - INVITATION TO BID ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IT ROOM HVAC UPGRADES Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans (Board) will receive bids electronically via Central Bidding, www.centralbidding.com, on or before Monday, July 6, 2026 until 11:00 A.M., local time, for Work Order No. 1-1151, Administration Building IT Room HVAC Upgrades. The work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment for removal and replacement of the existing AHU in the 2nd Floor IT Server Room, roof mounted condenser unit, structural steel platform modifications, piping and associated electrical work as per the drawings and specifications provided in the Bidding Documents. The work also includes modifications for the emergency generator power distribution panel. The site is located at 1350 Port of New Orleans Place, New Orleans, Louisiana. (Estimated Cost: To be released at bid.) All Bids must be in accordance with the Bidding Documents on file with the Port of New Orleans. In accordance with LSA R.S. 38:2212 (E)(7), complete Bidding Documents are available for download via Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Bidding Documents may also be obtained from the SEB connect App, available in both the Apple and Google play platforms. If request for Bidding Documents is made through U.S. mail or other delivery services, bidder must furnish a street mailing address and will be held responsible for service fees.
