REQUEST A BID PACKAGE Date Issued: May 11, 2022 Bid No: 040-42 Sealed proposals from vendors will be received by the Purchasing Division of the Hall County Board of Commissioners, at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, 2nd Floor, Gainesville, GA 30504, until 2:00 P.M. legally prevailing time on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, for: New 80,000 Lb Tandem Dump Truck Hall County Board of Commissioners is soliciting submissions an 80,000 Lb tandem dump truck cab and chassis with snow snow plow mounting extensions. After the time and in a designated room and place, the names of the Companies submitting proposals will be publicly read. No further information will be read, discussed, or provided until the evaluation of all submittals is completed. No extension of the bidding period will be made other than by a formal written addendum to this IFB. Any proposals received after the date and time listed above will not be accepted. Proposal submittal documents may be obtained by going to our Bids & Proposals website at http://www.hallcounty.org/Bids.aspx, then select the bid titled ‘New 80,000 Lb Tandem Dump Truck’, click on ‘Request a Bid Package’, fill out the requested information, click ‘Submit’, and this will send an automatic request to our office.
