The intended produceable from the selected engineering firm is a report that sets forth with a reasonable degree of engineering certainty based on information provided by the municipalities and in working with the municipalities, to provide a calculation of I&I removed from the collection systems of the above municipalities as more fully set forth in this RFP. Due to the importance of this topic, a short delivery term is intended. All responses to this RFP must be received on or before the response deadline set forth above.
