NOTICE City of Glens Falls Warren County, New York REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES CGF 26-11 RFP 2026 REGIONAL INFLOW & INFILTRATION REMEDIATION REDUCTION STUDY & REPORT PROPOSALS DUE: JUNE 18 th , 2026, 11:00 AM The City of Glens Falls, in collaboration with the Town of Queensbury, Town of Moreau, Village of South Glens Falls and Washington County Sewer District No. 1, is issuing this request for proposals from qualified engineering firms to assist the municipalities working through the City, to evaluate certain inflow and infiltration (known as “I&I”) projects undertaken by all or some of the municipalities as set forth in this RFP. The intended produceable from the selected engineering firm is a report that sets forth with a reasonable degree of engineering certainty based on information provided by the municipalities and in working with the municipalities, to provide a calculation of I&I removed from the collection systems of the above municipalities as more fully set forth in this RFP. Due to the importance of this topic, a short delivery term is intended. All responses to this RFP must be received on or before the response deadline set forth above.
