NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2026 Liquid Fuels Milling & Paving Program Ridley Park Borough The Ridley Park Borough will utilize electronic bidding to receive sealed bids for the 2026 Liquid Fuels Milling & Paving Program. Sealed bids must be submitted online through the PennBid electronic procurement program prior to 06/08/2026 at 10:00 AM EST, at which time they will be opened and read aloud at the office of Remington and Vernick Engineers at 555 Croton Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost through PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). This project is funded in part by Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Municipal Liquid Fuels Program and by the Delaware County Aid. All material must meet current PennDOT Specifications. Bidders are required to provide Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount bid. Bid Security may be provided in the form of a certified check or a bid bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Upon award of a contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract value. Upon completion of the contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the final contract value. Bidders are required to comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442, whe Published in Daily Times (Delaware County) on 2026-05-21, 2026-05-28.
