NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be re- ceived by the Township of Sadsbury, Chester County, Pennsylvania, until 4:30 PM lo- cal prevailing time, on Friday June 26, 2026, in the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, 2920 Lincoln Highway, Sads- buryville, Pennsylvania 19369. At 10:00 AM on Monday, June 29, 2026, at that same loca- tion, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the collection of municipal waste and recyclables for a term of one (1) year, two (2) years, three (3) years, four (4) years and/or five (5) years. These bids shall include the provi- sion of 90-99 gallon waste tot- er carts and the provision of 90-99 gallon recyclable toter carts. Contract Documents may be examined and obtained with- out charge at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Build- ing, 2920 Lincoln Highway, Sadsburyville, Pennsylvania on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur at the Township Municipal Build- ing on June 24, 2026 at 10 A.M. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Town- ship and accompanied by a Certified Check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total lump bid for all five (5) years. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for the open- ing of bids.
