NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOROUGH OF ETNA ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Proposals will be received by the Borough of Etna at the Borough Building, 437 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15223 until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Thursday, July 30, 2026, for: DEWEY STREET STORM SEWER SEPARATION BASE BID The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new storm sewer system and repairs to the existing sanitary sewer system, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; traffic control; resident notification; erosion and sedimentation control measures; existing utility protection; unclassified trench excavation; removal and replacement of existing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and handicap ramps; bituminous milling and overlay; storm sewer pipe, inlets, and storm manholes; sanitary sewer pipe, sanitary manholes, wyes, and appurtenances and miscellaneous site restoration, complete in place. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words "DEWEY STREET STORM SEWER SEPARATION". Copies of Drawings, Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Forms of Proposals and Agreement are on file and open to public inspection at the office of The Gateway Engin¬eers, Inc., 100 McMorris Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205 where sets of said documents may be obtained, upon payment of one hundred ($100.00) dollars. No refund or exchange will be made for the return of any documents. A ten ($10.00) dollar mailing fee will be charged for any documents delivered by U.S. mail.
