Sealed bids must be submit- ted online through the Pen- nBid electronic procurement program prior to 6/2/2026 at 10:00 AM EST, at which time they will be opened and read aloud at the offices of Rem- ington & Vernick Engineers at 555 Croton Road, Suite 401, King of Prussia, PA 19406. All documents and solicita- tion details are available at no cost through PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub. com). This project is funded by Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic De- velopment (DCED); COVID-19 ARPA PA Small Water and Sewer and COVID-19 ARPA H2O PA Grants. Bidders are required to provide Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount bid. Bid Secu- rity may be provided in the form of a certified check or a bid bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Com- monwealth of Pennsylvania. Upon award of a contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the award- ed contract value. Upon completion of the contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the final contract value.
