This project is funded in part by the DCED Multimodal Transportation (MTF) Grant Program. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Borough of Conshohock- en, negotiable U.S. Govern- ment Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do busi- ness in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Upon award of a contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the award- ed contract value.
