Notice To Bidders Neshaminy Basin Streambank Restoration Borough of Lansdale The Borough of Lansdale will utilize electronic bidding to receive sealed bids for the Neshaminy Basin Streambank Restoration project. Sealed bids must be submitted on- line through the PennBid elec- tronic procurement program prior to 6/15/2026 at 10:00 AM EST, at which time they will be opened and read aloud at the offices of Remington and Ver- nick Engineers at 555 Croton Road, Suite 401, King of Prus- sia, PA 19406. All documents and solicita- tion details are available at no cost through PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub. com). This project is funded in part by the PA Department of Eco- nomic Development's (DCED) Flood Mitigation Program and PENNVEST. Bidders are required to provide Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount bid. Bid Secu- rity may be provided in the form of a certified check or a bid bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Com- monwealth of Pennsylvania. Upon award of a contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the award- ed contract value. Upon completion of the contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the final contract value.
