NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette, Pennsylvania (RACF) will receive bids for the project(s) identified herein until 1:15 P.M. on June 18, 2026 at the RACF offices located at 86 West Main Street, Uniontown, PA, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are solicited for the following: Brownsville Borough-4th Avenue Demolition Project (2610). Contract Documents, including drawings and technical specifications, are on file electronically at the Office of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette, PA. Copies for each set of Contract Documents may be obtained by payment of $50 (non-refundable) to RACF. If requested, a hard copy of the Contract Documents may be mailed for an additional charge of $10 for postage and handling. A Bid Bond or other security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Certain Federal and State requirements govern work on the project(s) including, but not limited to payment of prevailing wages, non-discrimination in hiring and employment, and minority and women business enterprise utilization, all of which are more fully described in the contract documents. RACF reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
