NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The City of La Crosse, by the undersigned Board of Public Works (BPW), will receive electronic proposals until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 1st of July 2026 for doing the following public work in the City of La Crosse, Wisconsin: Copeland Park Shelter Building and Site Improvements The above public work will be let to the lowest responsible bidder and shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for the same now on file with the Engineering Department for the inspection of bidders and in accordance with the prepared form of contract and bond also on file with said Engineering Department . No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, together with a list of Subcontractors; and no bid shall be received without certified check for not less than 5%, nor more than 10% of the total amount bid or a bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. Bidder’s Proof of Responsibility paperwork must be on file with the City of La Crosse. If not up-to-date, new paperwork shall be submitted electronically to the Director of Finance, via email at: apvendors@cityoflacrosse.org .
