The contractor must perform semi-annual, annual, five-year full-load, and ad-hoc inspections on 70 elevators, dumbwaiters, and platform lifts. The maintenance contractor will provide and move all test weights and perform all test operations at no cost to the contract. Semi-annual inspections are required at all three campuses. Ad-hoc inspections are priced per conveyance and expected once per year per campus. The contractor must submit reports and documentation to both the VA and TDLR.
