REQUEST A BID PACKAGE: Date Issued: September 16, 2016 RFP Bid #37-004 Sealed bids from contractors will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Hall County Board of Commissioners, at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, 4th Floor, Gainesville, GA 30504, until the legally prevailing time of 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2016, for Operations Services Contract for Hall County Sewer System After the time and in a room at place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and read. No extension of the bidding period will be made unless specifically authorized by a formal written addendum released by this office. Hall County Board of Commissioners is soliciting submissions requesting the following services to be performed on an annual basis by operations firms to operate and maintain the Hall County Sewer System including the 750,000 gallon per day Spout Springs Water Reclamation Facility, 17 Off Site Pump Stations, 142,015 linear feet of force main, 239,473 linear feet of gravity sewer, 16,457 linear feet of reuse main and approximately 2,800 customers. There is no charge to receive a copy of all documents, changes, and updates for this bid. Copies of bidding documents may be requested via the Hall County web site: http://www.hallcounty.org/Bids.aspx then select the bid titled ‘Operations Services Contract for Hall County Sewer System’, click on ‘Request a Bid Package’, fill out the requested information, click ‘Submit’, and this will send an automatic request to our office.
