OSWEGO COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed bids for the OSWEGO COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION project for the County of Oswego Industrial Development Agency (COIDA) will be received at the COIDA office, 44 West Bridge Street, Oswego, New York, until 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, June 30 th , 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the COIDA office. Bids received after the above noted time will not be accepted. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: construction of a new road, new 12” watermain and appurtenances, new 8” sanitary main, sanitary laterals, a sanitary pump station, storm water infrastructure, new electrical lines and new telecommunication lines. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the COIDA office, 44 West Bridge Street Oswego, at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 9 th , 2026. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The project is also partially funded with NYS funds from the Empire State Development & FAST NY program and therefore is subject to the NYS laws and regulations associated with Published in Palladium Times (Oswego County) on 2026-05-22.
