The Town of Glastonbury will receive on-line Bids for the Parker Terrace Wastewater Pumping Station Upgrades project located at 30 Parker Terrace in Glastonbury, Connecticut. The modifications generally consist of the demolition of existing and installation of new prefabricated concrete controls/electrical building, wastewater pumps, piping, valves, fittings, pump controls, exterior generator, electrical, site furnishings and related work as indicated on the Contract documents. Bidders wishing to submit a bid proposal for this solicitation are directed to respond online through a secure e-Procurement portal. Responses can be submitted at the following link: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/, under the bid title “Parker Terrace Wastewater Pumping Station Upgrades Bid# GL-2027-09”. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via an online Zoom platform. No late bids will be accepted. This Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Drawings, Specifications and other Bidding Documents (as defined in the Instruction to Bidders) are available for viewing and downloading on the Town of Glastonbury website www.glastonburyct.gov at no cost. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
