Locations will include but are not limited to Talleyrand Marine Terminal (TMT), Blount Island Marine Terminal (BIMT), Dames Point Cruise Terminal (DPCT), Dames Point Marine Facility (DPMF), Access Control Center (ACC), Port Central Office Building (PCOB), and Security Operations Center (SOC). Service fees must include all costs associated with labor, materials, equipment, fuel surcharges, environmental fees, and any other related charges.
