The power washing is intended to remove all dirt, debris, fluids, oil buildup, lubricants, and stains. Wastewater resulting from the power washing shall be reclaimed or recovered and disposed of in a manner that is in accordance with the City of Raleigh’s Stormwater Management Plan as well as local, state, and federal regulations. The decks, locations, and additional information regarding the decks are detailed in Section 4.
