Pre-qualified vendor for Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) for information technology (IT). Each pre-qualified vendor has a Master Agreement (MA) with the State of Iowa to supplement the resources needed to assist procurement personnel in obtaining IT goods and/or services. These MAs are not intended to be utilized to provide staff augmentation services. This MA is designed to be used with Statements of Work (SOW) issued by Purchasing Entities. In most cases, these are established by some form of competitive bidding among the pre-qualified PASS vendors, with exceptions in emergency or sole source scenarios. The Attachments Section contains a sample RFP template and a sample SOW template, along with a list of the pre-qualified vendors.
